The Grotto Spa Check in procedure...

   

 Hotel Guests

 

All registered guests staying in the hotel are welcomed to take the elevator down from their hotel room to the spa floor on P1 in their daily attire or arrive in their robe provided in their hotel room.  

 

Since our changerooms accomodate 2-3 guests at a time we recommend simplifying and only bringing yourself, bathing suit, and sandles.  You will be greeted by your Registered Massage Therapist a few minutes before your appointment time who will show you around and get you set up prior to your health consulation.  All your belongings stay safely in the treatment room during your treatment.

 

Should you decide to come early, please make youself at home and enjoy the pool and spa area at your leisure!  Robes are provided, along with bath and hand towels.

 

 Guests staying Off Site

 

Guests staying off-site are to check in to the Front Desk of the hotel directly in lobby & front entrance, where a key will be given to access the heated underground parkade, fitness room, pool and change room facilities.  

 

Your appointment time will be confirmed here and the front desk will be happy to answer any questions you have!  

The spa is located on level P1.  Your Registered Massage Therapist will greet you a few minutes before your appointment time to begin your personalized consultation and treatment.  Make yourself at home in the pool area to relax prior to your treatment.  

 

Should you decide to come early, please make youself at home and enjoy the pool and spa area at your leisure!

Please note...

 

We are a smaller spa with one Treatment room and one Registered Massage Therapist on at a time.  Our prices also reflect the intimate setting with zero tourist or inflated rates.  We are quite competitely priced for a spa that includes complimentary underground secured parking, healing mineral waters in both the pool & hot tub and eucalyptus steam. 

 

Since we are a small spa we maintain our lower prices by adding focus where it needs it; on individual client care and quality of treatment.  We wholeheartedly believe that our personalized focus allows each visit to be that much more memorable. 

 

By providing a full service experience including an indepth consultation, thorough treatment,  educating on proper homecare and post care advice, providing your insurance receipt and handling your transaction, your therapist isn't just a spa worker but your personal relief therapist!
