A special stress aroma blend of Lavender, Rosemary, Lemon and West Indian Bay is used to detoxify the body and purify the mind.  Finished with stretches, hot towels and special acupressure points.

Send your body into a deep state of relaxation with a meditative scalp massage.  Accupressure points are applied to the regions of the scalp, base of neck and sinal pressure points.

Reiki (Universal Life Force Healing)

This healing technique is based on accessing and channeling the universal energy that surrounds us called (qi or chi) to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

This is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the cranium, skull sutures, cervical spine, TMJ, zygomatic (cheek bones), sinuses and auditory columns. 

 

The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress, headaches, migraines, joint disfunction, nerve impingement and pain.

 

Fire and Ice

Using the healing effects of hydrotherapy, a herbal blend of Willow, Sage, Arnica, Juniper, Eucalyptus, Glucosamine, Wintergreen is applied to the body where you will experiences a cooling sensation to aid in pain relief from inflammation, overuse, arthritis, cramps, spasm, strain or sprain. 

 

Followed with hot towel compresses with Cinnamon to steam the body and reawaken the senses.

Contraction - Release Therapy (CRT)

This integrative technique uses active and passive stretching along with applied pressure to specialized Myofascial Trigger Points,  to reduce pain and stiffness in the target muscle.  Techniques are done with diaphramatic breathing to induce a deep state of relief and relaxation.

 

This technique is ONLY certified by a Registered  Myomassologist Practitioner (RMP) and is highly successful in reducing tension within a muscle or group of muscles.  You will not find this specialized technique anywhere else in the Bow Valley!
