Insurance Reciepts can be provided for all Extended Health Care Plans.

Swedish Massage

30 mins - $65 , 45 mins - $85, 60 mins - $105, 90 mins - $140

 

This treatment includes long, soothing, strokes to help ease the mind, promote stress relief, healthy breathing, increased immune system response, prevent anxiety and of course promote relaxation.  Lymphatic drainage techniques may be added.

 

Lighter pressure is used. 

 

Therapeutic Massage

30 mins - $70, 45 mins - $100, 60 mins - $125, 90 mins - $160

 

This treatment is catered to the specific needs of acute to chronic tension or pain due to occupational postural habits, injury, vertebral dysfunction, overuse, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), sprain/strain, nerve impingement, inflammation, post surgery, scar tissue  etc.  Techniques such a Trigger Point Therapy are used in areas of pain or referral. 

 

Moderate pressure is used.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

30 mins - $75, 45 mins - $105, 60 mins - $130, 90 mins - $165

 

This treatment aids in releasing tight layers of superficial to deep muscle tissue to fascial and connective tissue.  Deep Tissue techniques allow the fascia and the muscle tissue to work side by side more effectively by increasing the healing and powerful effects of oxygen into the cellular tissue on all layers. 

 

Slow, long and deep Myo-fascial, friction and traction techniques are used along with diaphragmatic breathing in the client to produce optimal results. 

 

Moderate to Deep pressure is used.

 

Myomassology Massage

30 mins - $70, 45 mins - $100, 60 mins - $125, 90 mins - $160

 

A unique blend of West vs East approach that incorporates acupressure, ashi points, Chinese Medical Massage (Tuina), light active stretching, Myo-fascial Trigger Points coupled with soothing strokes to aid in relaxation and balancing the mind and body.  It is a complete whole body approach to massage.

 

Light to Deep pressure is used.

 

 

Customized Hot Stone Massage

60 mins - $135, 90 mins - $175

 

This treatment is truly the neccessary indulgence!  If you have been overworking, experiencing tight achy muscles, or just want to warm up from the cold, then the hot stone experience is truly one for you. 

 

Therapeutic or Relaxation techniques are applied to the body with heated lava stones.  The heated stones are set to the ideal temperature for your preference (220- 300 degrees) and tissue type/condition.  The lava stones are used to decrease tension, relieve stress and increase circulation.  You will melt into the table! 

 

Deep Tissue techniques to target specific areas can be used along with chakra balancing upon request. 

 

Light to Moderate pressure is used.

 

Pre and Post Natal Massage

Comfort to the mother and child with specialized techniques for both the growing bodies!  Techniques used help to reduce sciatic pain, edema, water retention & swelling, glute & hip pain, spinal tension, hypo & hypermobility, headaches, indigestion, insomnia etc.  

 

Specially designed, custom-made, Professional Pregnancy cushions are used for the safety of the mother and child.  With high grade memory foam at different densities to support the hips, sternum, breast tissue and suspend the baby safely, you may now lie on your belly!  First, Second, or Third Trimester or 6 months post.

Foot Massage

45 mins - $75

 

This treatment is perfect after a big day on the slopes.  Reduce tired, sore and achy feet while inducing a meditative state.  Reflexology points along the feet and calves make this treatment complete. 

 

A herbal blend of essential oils are used to hydrate, refresh and cool accompanied with hot towels.
